National Transport Week.
This week 12 - 19 August is National Transport Week.  This means that there will be many transport vehicles flying black and white ribbons.
The reason for the ribbons is to show unity, respect and remembrance.
The black ribbon is for all those in the transport industry who are now hauling the roads in heaven..
The White ribbons are a sign of respect for the Driver's and their families who are still in the industry.
www.facebook.com. truckies of nz  is our page where you can see many trucks and ribbons.
