Queenstown: Suffolk Street Consultation

Suffolk Street Consultation
The Council is considering a proposal to grant land at 11-21 Suffolk Street, Arrowtown to the Community Housing Trust to develop affordable rental accommodation.
The development would include ten architecturally designed dwellings with two reserved for senior citizens.
All dwellings will be held in perpetuity by the Trust on behalf of the community.
