Deerstalkers Congratulate Associate Minister of Conservation For Court Ruling
The New Zealand Deerstalkers' Association congratulates Associate Minister of Conservation Peter Dunne for the High court ruling which dismissed a claim laid against him by operators of aerially-assisted trophy hunting.  His position is believed to have been formulated after consultation with these same operators, and their inconsistency was noted by Kos J.
The Associate Minister is noted for his common-sense approach to outdoor recreation matters and the New Zealand Deerstalkers' Association congratulates him for his position on these matters being vindicated.
