Keep Auckland Moving submission form

Auckland Council is cheating the public of the genuine right to a say in the Council's online submission form - Keep Auckland Moving.
Two options are presented for Aucklanders to consider re Public Transport Funding.
The choice of either Option (A) or Option (B) is MANDATORY within the body of the submission. If either Option (A) or (B) is not ticked, then the submission form will be rejected.
Option (A) states in short, Auckland's roads will be tolled.
Option (B) states in short, Auckland's roads will have tolls/road pricing.
I will not tick either Option (A) or (B) for tolled roads open the way to privatisation of our nation's roads; tolled roads will break apart the fabric of society by means of economic apartheid policy, and importantly, Aucklanders have paid billions of dollars in taxes for a world class public transport system that has been called for since the 1950s.
So Where is the THIRD OPTION?
That the NZ Government must shoulder the responsibility for a public transport system that Aucklanders are proud of - not tomorrow, but today.
Aucklanders deserve far better treatment by their representatives.
