SCIRT traffic update for first week of school holidays 22

Hills Road,
Richmond
Hills Road is one way northbound from North
Avon Road to Huggins Place to the end of May. Southbound
traffic will be detoured along Dudley Street to Slater
Street.
Barbadoes Street, Madras Street as far as
Bealey Avenue, Manchester Street to the northern edge of
town are alternate routes south.

Moorhouse update – one-laning started today,
central city, aiming to finish as soon as
possible
Moorhouse Avenue drivers are having to wait
20 minutes or more at peak periods due to one laning of the
westbound route at the Colombo overbridge. Brougham Street
or St Asaph Street are alternative routes west.

Opawa Road
Opawa Road is one way north
only Cholmondeley Avenue to Ensors Road this week. This work
had been planned for last week but was delayed by bad
weather.

Bealey Avenue, St Albans
Bealey Avenue is
one lane at the Colombo St intersection for the school
holidays. Salisbury Street is an alternative route to the
east.
