Council seeks community input into service survey
Services provided to Lower Hutt residents will be the subject of an annual city-wide National Research Bureau (NRB)
Survey being conducted by Hutt City Council.
Mayor of Lower Hutt Ray Wallace says a random sample of residents will be asked a wide range of questions related to
services and issues.
“We are seeking an impartial view about how well services are being delivered.
“The NRB survey provides the council with valuable information about how residents access services being provided and
how those services are rated.
“The survey is also an opportunity for council to gather suggestions and comments from the community to assist in
developing plans for the future,” says Mayor Wallace.
NRB is an independent company specialising in research for local authorities across New Zealand.
The telephone survey will run through to Sunday 10 March.
