Tina Duncan embraces her favourite season in a culinary class celebrating autumn cuisine at Heritage Hanmer Springs on Saturday March 23rd.

Focusing on the delicious produce of the season, Tina will share a stunning collection of recipes followed by a long indulgent lunch with local wines.

Tina is highly regarded as a food stylist and in demand as a guest chef at the country's cooking schools. She has been a food editor, regular radio contributor, restaurant judge, run her own boutique cooking school and now manages her popular catering company, White Tie Catering.

Registrations for the day class is $150 GST inc per person including luncheon, plus, the hotel is offering an additional rate for an overnight stay of $159 GST inc. in a twin or double in a superior room or a three bedroom villa for $295 GST inc. per night.
