New 'Catlins Experiences' service

26th October 2012 - The RiverRidge Retreat Company is pleased to announce they have expanded their scope of services and can now offer a full range of ‘Catlins Experiences’.

These are tailor made packages in the natural surroundings of the Catlins, which include activities such as;
• Kayaking
• Horsing riding
• Golf driving range
• Scenic tours
• Farm tour
• Mountain biking
• Marine encounter
• Paintball
• Beauty relaxation experiences

Accommodation is included and guests can choose from a wide range of units to suite all budgets, from the comfortable bunk rooms to the luxury two bed suites.

Guests also can choose from a variety of Kiwi cuisines including a cooked farm breakfast, a ‘Kiwi Smoko’ and a high quality cuisine evening meal, together with fine wines.
“We will provide the hub in the Catlins for visitors to come so they can have a guided Catlins experience. We will organise all experience packages for guests to the Catlins. This is currently missing from the area and we feel it’s the ideal time to launch this service because the Catlins is now becoming ever more of a popular destination to visit. “Catlins Adventure Experience”
This encompasses a tour of the scenic highlights of the Catlins and a choice of adventure activities.

As well as the accommodation, also included is a home cooked farm breakfast, afternoon tea and a Cuisine Dinner. Kiwi Cuisine dinner example: fresh blue cod, paua, venison, mutton, lamb, beef - all local cuisine with the fine wines to match.

“Catlins Farm Experience”
Get to know how life on a Kiwi farm is really like with this farm tour and take part in various activities such as sheep shearing and working with the cattle.
The farm is located next to the Retreat so guests can choose from the same range of accommodation units.

Guests will also experience a farm breakfast, afternoon ‘Smoko’ and evening Cuisine Dinner.

“Catlins Indulgence Experience”
This package is for guested wanting to get pampered with New Zealand made beauty products while surrounded by nature.

Various relaxing activities are included such as a;
