Serious concerns for missing Feilding teenager
Feilding Police investigating the disappearance of 15 year old Jamie Beardsmore have serious concerns for her wellbeing.
Sergeant Grant Lawton of the Feilding Police says Jamie was last seen leaving a family member's house in Seddon Street, Feilding around 830am yesterday morning.
"She is described as European with a petite frame and blonde shoulder length hair. Jamie could be mistaken as being a lot younger than 15 because of her slight frame and height."
Jamie is possibly wearing a black 'Angry Birds' hooded sweatshirt, black trackpants and black school shoes and may be carrying a blue mink blanket with dolphins on it.
"Given the concerns we have for her health and her age, we are seeking information from members of the public who may have seen Jamie over the past 24 hours or anyone who knows her whereabouts.
Anyone with any information should phone Feilding Police on (06) 323 6363 or phone Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
