Free Money Management Course Arrives in Mangere

News release:

Free Money Management Course Arrives in Mangere at Life South in conjunction with Money Awareness Week and Christians Against Poverty.

Christians Against Poverty (CAP), a national debt counselling charity, has equipped Life South to run CAP Money, a simple three-week course that teaches good money management skills, budgeting tips and advice on how to handle money wisely.

What will you except to learn over these 3 weeks?

Do you often ask yourself where did all your money go? Regardless of whether you're in excess or lack of money, a budget can help your manage your finances more effectively. Let CAP Money show you how...

In just 3 evenings, you will draw up your own budget and learn a money management system to help you stick to it. CAP Money gives you control of your money - you decide what you want to spend your money on and how much you want to save. CAP Money means you can plan your finances so that it adds joy to your life rather than being an overgrown mess to battle with.

During the 3 X 1.5 hour sessions, you will learn:

1. How to build and live on a budget. This is the cornerstone of managing your money well. The session includes advice on how to increase your income and how to cut costs.
2. The CAP Money System. This system will help simplify your money and make it understandable. It operates using three accounts for your money; a regular account, a cash account and a savings account.
3. How to live from week to week using cash. Living on cash and getting away from cards means you know exactly where you are and helps you to spend less money. It's statistically proven that you spend 33% less money when paying by cash rather than cards.
By applying these three principles, you will learn how to manage your money, and live your life!
When is the next CAP Money Course?
Monday 17 September 2012
LIFE South
110 Montgomerie Road Mangere
7.30 – 9.00pm

The course will run for approximately 1.5 hours each evening on Monday 17 September, 24 September and 1 October 2012.
