Mayor on the Fan Trail
Len Brown will be heading to The Cloud and walking the Fan Trail tomorrow, joining in the Bledisloe Cup buzz.
“I loved walking the Fan Trail during Rugby World Cup and it is great that it is being reactivated for this weekend’s test match. The atmosphere and the performers along the trail are unmissable and unforgettable – give yourselves ample time to savour the experience.”
The Mayor is pleased that fans of all ages are catered for with different events around Auckland, and hopes Aucklanders will get out and support the All Blacks.
“There will be great fun for the kids at The Cloud in the afternoon at the Cure Kids Family Zone – there will be plenty of activities and they can get a close-up view of some of New Zealand’s most prized rugby trophies.”
“And with the test being sold out, we’re turning The Cloud into Auckland’s lounge, where people can come and watch the game live in a family-friendly, alcohol-free atmosphere,” says Len Brown.
“Go the All Blacks!”
