Gas NZ Industry Forum Planning Update
Planning is now well underway for the 2012 Gas NZ Industry Forum to be held at the Novatel Rotorua from Wednesday 17 – Friday 19 October
This year we are trialling an on-line registration system, which it is hoped will be made live by early August. This will allow payment by Credit Card, while also maintaining an invoicing option for those who require it. So expect the registration notification along with the agenda in a few weeks’ time.
As in previous years, registration does not include accommodation, so we suggest you consider booking your accommodation now if you are planning to attend this years Forum. The concessionary room rate for Forum delegates is $175 per room per night (incl GST). You can book accommodation using the following downloadable booking form, or simply phone the Novotel on freephone 0800 77 66 77. If phoning, you will need to note your booking relates to attendance at the Gas Industry Forum. For anybody seeking cheaper accommodation, the Ibis Rotorua is right next door to the Novatel. There is, however, no specific arrangement with the Ibis regarding Forum accommodation pricing.
For organisations looking to gain commercial exposure from the Forum, a number of the Silver and Bronze Sponsorship packages are still available to be taken up. As well as these there are still Trade Display stand places available. As the pre-Forum and pre-dinner drinks, along with morning and afternoon teas and lunches will all be located within the Trade Display space; they provide a great opportunity to profile your organisation to Forum delegates.
For further information on remaining Sponsorship opportunities or Trade Display spaces, please contact either Peter Gilbert or Colin Lewis at the LPG Association. They can be contacted on (04) 914 1765 or via email at peter@lpga.org.nz or p.gilbert@ganz.org.nz
For those able to make this year’s Gas Industry Forum, I look forward to meeting you on October 17.
