John Timberlake TODAY at the Adam Art Gallery

John Timberlake TODAY at the Adam Art Gallery

Visiting British artist John Timberlake will give a one-off artist’s talk at 12pm (Friday 6 July) at the Adam Art Gallery.

Join us for this rare opportunity to hear the artist discuss his work currently featured in the Dark Sky exhibition and the wider context of his practice.

John Timberlake (b.1967) is an artist who describes his practice as pictorialist. Using the mediums of photography, painting and drawing he expands the conception of historical landscape to incorporate fictions and phantoms. Timberlake lives in London and convenes the Fine Arts course at Middlesex University, London.

Free event, all welcome.

Please note:
The Gate 3 entrance to the gallery is currently closed.
Please follow the arrows from the main entry of the Easterfield Building (to the right of Gate 3). Entrance is also via the Mount Street footpath off Salamanca Road.
