and South of food' with niche and artisan food producers and
manufacturers from all over Auckland. The region is known
for wine, seafood and crop growers in the South – and
these will be presented in 'Farmer’s Market-style' stands
at The Food Show. Visitors can expect to be treated to a
variety of taste experiences served up with Auckland
hospitality and flair, proving that Auckland is definitely
at the hub of emerging food trends.

opportunities to join famous chefs in intimate Masterclasses
and learn top techniques from the experts. Check out Ray
McVinnie’s ‘Food Styling Fundamentals’ class, cook
duck like a pro with Lauraine Jacobs’ ‘Duck and

‘Woody’, go wild with French baking and Julie Le Clerc,
