Wellington Police Seek Witnesses to Johnsonville Crash at the Weekend

Wellington Police are looking for witnesses to a crash in Johnsonville over the weekend.

Constable Martin Kelly says just after 11:10am on Saturday the 19th of May 2012, Police were called to a crash on Morgan Street, where a Mercedes-Benz van collided into a Mazda saloon.

"Following the collision, a physical altercation occurred between the drivers of both vehicles."

Constable Kelly says Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed either the crash or the assault, including an Asian male who was first on the scene. Unfortunately, when Police arrived this man had already left."
