Selection process underway
The selection of the company or companies that will work within the Christchurch Central Development Unit to develop the city’s new blueprint is now underway.
Warwick Isaacs, director of the CCDU, says the 15 conforming proposals have been shortlisted to four.
Interviews of those organisations took place today.
Mr Isaacs says he has been impressed by the calibre of the applications, and most of those on the shortlist have significant international credentials.
A decision will be made and finalised by the end of Wednesday and announced on Thursday this week.
The successful group will be starting work within the CCDU on Thursday.
