Wedding finalists announced
From 50 entries received in only two weeks, the five finalist couples for the Wedding On Show competition have been announced.
In conjunction with MORE FM Canterbury, the official radio station behind the Canterbury A&P Show, Show organisers are offering a $26,000 wedding prize package including a wedding ceremony on the Village Green at the Show at 11.11am on Friday the 11th of the 11th, 2011.
The five couples have one week to campaign for votes with radio listeners invited to vote for their favourite couple on the MORE FM website – www.morefm.co.nz. Only one vote per person per day will be eligible. Voting closes 5pm Sunday 2 October 2011. The couple with the most votes will be announced on air on Monday 3 October 2011.
“All this week, MORE FM Canterbury will have some fun with the finalists, interviewing them and allowing them to campaign for votes in an entertaining and light hearted way” commented Wedding On Show Event Coordinator Michelle Taylor.

be held Wednesday 9 to Friday 11 November at Canterbury
Agricultural Park in
Christchurch. It is the largest A&P
Show in the country attracting over 100,000 people, close to
7000 livestock and
feature competition entries and 600
trade
exhibitors.
