Headlines
Traffic and transport to and from the match ran very smoothly
Waterfront Fanzone peaked at 15,000 people with Captain Cook Wharf opened for the first time
A Tournament high 10,000 people walked the Fan Trail to Eden Park

Public transport
• Transport to and from the New Zealand v France match at Eden Park ran smoothly.
• Roads around Auckland were generally light and there were no major traffic delays.
• All roads in the Eden Park area were reopened within
• Special event buses carried 15,210 fans to the match and approximately 11,500 from it. Trains carried 10,700 to the match and approximately 15,000 after.
• A total of 25,910 used public transport to get to Eden Park and approximately 26,500 used it after the match.
• All crowds using special event buses and trains were cleared within 70 minutes of the match finishing.

Fanzones
1. Waterfront Fanzone:
• Queens Wharf was busy all evening.
• Captain Cook Wharf was opened for the first time.
• Match time crowds at the Waterfront Fanzone peaked at approximately 15,000 spread between the two wharves
• Mass exodus from the Waterfront Fanzone at the conclusion of the game

Fan Trail report:
• An estimated 10,000 people walked to the match along the Fan Trail (up from 6,000 last Saturday night)
• All participants got to the match on time and in good spirits
• Good numbers of match patrons used parts of the Fan Trail to leave the game

Police report:
• Eighteen people were people evicted from game by police and 11 evicted by security
• One arrest made at Eden Park

Fire report:
• No incidents of note

St John report:
• 27 people attended to at Eden Park, one person taken to hospital
• 14 people attended to at Queens Wharf, two taken to hospital
