Thousands on bus, train and ferry for Opening Night
Thousands of Aucklanders have already poured into the central city on buses, trains and ferries for Auckland’s Rugby
World Cup 2011 Opening Night event .
All public transport routes are extremely busy, so passengers asked to be patient and wait for the next available
service.
Trains are currently running approximately 12 minutes later than scheduled due to large demand. The Northern Busway is
also extremely busy.
