Former All Blacks Frank Bunce And Buck Shelford Join Hyundai Code For An 80s Party
On the eve of Rugby World Cup 2011, Hyundai Code is reminiscing back to 1987 tonight and joining them on the couch are former All Blacks Frank Bunce and Buck Shelford.
The two former All Blacks will chat to Hyundai Code presenters on the live show at 8.30pm.
Keeping with the 80s theme, there are some old school break-dancers in the studio and the Hyundai Code crew are all getting dressed up. Awen and Wairangi go the extra mile and are performing their own version of their favourite 80s track “Club Tropicana” by Wham, complete with scary white speedo’s, says producer Fiona Apanui-Kupenga.
Meanwhile, back in 2011 KT catches up with the Tongan team to find out how they are feeling about facing the All Blacks first up in the tournament and Oz heads over to the Italian camp who have an equally hard task with their first game against the Aussies.
Don’t miss the party on Hyundai Code this Thursday at 8.30pm on Maori Television.
