Motueka arrest

Motueka arrest
On the afternoon of the 5th of August 2011 the Motueka Police became concerned about the mental health of a 39 year old Nelson man residing in the Motueka Valley.
As a result at about 6-30pm that evening the police arrested the man in College Street Motueka.
A cross bow and bolt were recovered from the vehicle he was driving.
The man has been referred to the Mental Health Services in Nelson.
No persons were harmed as result of this incident.
