Members of the Gisborne CIB have arrested a second man in connection with the gang shooting that occurred at the Mobil Service Station in Wairoa on the 29th of October 2010.
The 20 year old male from Raupanga has been charged with attempted murder and was due to appear in the Hastings District Court today where his bail was being opposed by the Police.
Enquiries are continuing in relation to the identity of other persons who may have been involved in this incident.
Any person who has any information which may assist the Police enquiry are asked to please contact the Gisborne Police or call the Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111.
