OVERNIGHT MOTORWAY CLOSURES

31 July – 6 August 2011

The NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures for motorway improvements. Closures start at 9pm and finish at 5am, unless otherwise stated. Work delayed by bad weather will be completed at the next available date, prior to Friday, 5 August.

NORTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)

• Southbound lanes between Esmonde Road off ramp and Onewa Road on ramp 31 July & 3 August

• Esmonde Road southbound on ramp 31 July & 3 August

AUCKLAND HARBOUR BRIDGE (SH1)

• Curran Street northbound on ramp 31 July (approx 8:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)

CENTRAL MOTORWAY JUNCTION (SH1 & SH16)

• (SH1) Northbound lanes between Nelson Street off ramp and Curran Street on ramp 4 August (approx 12:00a.m. to 5:00a.m.)

• (SH1) Fanshawe Street northbound on ramp 4 August (approx 10:30p.m. to 5:00a.m.)

• (SH1) Northbound lanes between Symonds Street off ramp and Fanshawe Street on ramp 1 - 3 August

• SH16 eastbound to SH1 northbound link 1 - 4 August

• SH16 Port westbound to SH1 northbound link 1 – 4 August

SOUTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)

• Khyber Pass Road southbound on ramp 1 August

• Southbound lanes between Greenlane off ramp and Ellerslie-Panmure Highway on ramp 31 July

• Westbound lanes between Lincoln Road off ramp and Lincoln Road on ramp 3 - 4 August

• Westbound lanes between Lincoln Road off ramp and Westgate 1 – 2 August

• Lincoln Road westbound on ramp 1 – 2 August

STATE HIGHWAY 16 & 18

• All lanes between Royal Road, Don Buck Road and Oreil Avenue 31 July – 5 August (approx 8:00p.m. to 6:00a.m.)

• All lanes between Royal Road, Don Buck Road and Oreil Avenue 6 August (approx 6:00p.m. to 7:00am.)

• Northbound lanes and southbound lanes between Trigg Road and Matua Road intersections 31 July

HOBSONVILLE ROAD (SH18)

• All lanes between Squadron Drive off ramp and Buckley Avenue 6 August (approx 3:00p.m. to 8:00a.m.)

SOUTHWESTERN MOTORWAY (SH20)

• Northbound lanes between Dominion Road off ramp and Maioro Street RAB continuously from 9:00p.m. on Friday 29 July to 5:00a.m. on Monday 1 August

• Dominion Road northbound on ramp continuously from 9:00p.m. on Friday 29 July to 5:00a.m. on Monday 1 August

• Southbound lanes between Maioro Street RAB and Dominion Road on ramp continuously from 9:00p.m. on Friday 29 July to 5:00a.m. on Monday 1 August

• Maioro Street (SH20) northbound and southbound lanes between Sandringham Road Extension and Richardson Road continuously until 5:00a.m. on Monday 22 August

• SH20 southbound to SH20A westbound link 1 August

• Northbound lanes between Cavendish Drive off ramp and Massey Road on ramp 4 August

• Cavendish Drive westbound on ramp 4 August

• Puhinui Road westbound on ramp 4 August

GEORGE BOLT MEMORIAL DRIVE (SH20A)

• Eastbound lanes between New Ihumatao Road and Montgomerie Road 31 July – 1 August

• Westbound lanes between Montgomerie Road and New Ihumatao Road 2 - 4 August

LOCAL ROAD

• Sandringham Road Extension all lanes between Stoddard Road and Maioro Street RAB continuously from 9:00p.m. on Friday 29 July to 5:00a.m. on Monday 1 August
