Two Lotto Winners From Wellington and Tauranga

Two Lotto Winners From Wellington and Tauranga Will Be Flying High

With flights around the country being grounded this week, two lucky Lotto players from Tauranga and Wellington will be flying high on excitement after winning a $500,000 share of Lotto First Division tonight, says NZ Lotteries Chief Executive Todd McLeay.

The winning tickets were sold at Greerton Lotto in Tauranga and Whitcoulls Lambton Quay in Wellington.

Powerball First Division has jackpotted this week and will be worth an estimated $7.5 million next week.

Strike Four was not struck tonight, meaning it’s jackpotted to an estimated $600,000.

Meanwhile, at Avalon Studios in Wellington, Tony from Lower Hutt spun and won a $100,000 credit card on the Winning Wheel at the live draw.

All Lotto players are automatically in the draw to win the opportunity to spin Lotto’s Winning Wheel, regardless of the type of ticket they buy. Players can check their ticket at any lottery outlet.

Saturday’s Winning Wheel ticket was bought at Greenmeadows New World in Napier. The serial number is 117-14128137-20xx.

Anyone who bought their ticket from any of the above winning stores should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it immediately at any Lotto outlet.
