More ANZ and National Bank branches opening from today

The Ashburton ANZ and National Bank branches and ANZ Geraldine branch are now open and offering full banking services.

Other Christchurch branches are now open with limited services - cash withdrawals and deposits, card issues and orders, insurance and enquiries relating to our customer support packages. We also have special procedures in place for customers wanting to manage the financial affairs of family members who have lost their lives.

Business Banking customers can make deposits and withdrawals at branches.

We have double-staffed the branches to help cope with the extra demand for banking services. We thank customers for their patience, and apologise for any inconvenience in the event of extra delays.

ANZ and National Bank customers can also make deposits and withdrawals at either an ANZ or National Bank branch, whichever is most convenient at no extra cost
