Jim Beam Grid Girls – do you have what it takes?

Jim Beam is searching nationwide for New Zealand’s most outstanding Grid Girls to represent the brand at the ITM400 Hamilton V8 Supercar Championship Series street race in Hamilton 15th – 17th April.

The Jim Beam Grid Girls will play a major role over the three day event, which is attended by over 100,000 people and viewed by millions on television across the world. They will appear in team photographs, assist crews and drivers, stand on the grid prior to the start of races and hang out with the thousands of V8 Supercar fans.

The ideal candidate to be a Jim Beam Grid Girl will be aged between 18 -28 years, have modelling or event experience, enjoy interacting with people and have a sound knowledge of the ITM400 Hamilton event.

“We are really excited to be taking ownership of the Jim Beam Grid Girls at this year’s event. Not only do we have a team competing, Jim Beam Racing, we also have the Jim Beam Bourbon garden, the Jim Beam Party Crew and numerous Jim Beam activities taking place throughout the event. The new look Jim Beam Grid Girls further cements our presence and commitment to one of New Zealand’s biggest events. The new “Rock n Race” format of the event allows the girls to broaden their experience to include sport and music entertainment,” says Jim Beam Brand Manager, Jennifer Robinson.
