Players Scorching Summer
Two Lotto players in Whangarei and Paihia can sit back and extend their time enjoying the beautiful summer weather after winning $500,000 each with Lotto’s First Division, says NZ Lotteries’ Chief Executive, Todd McLeay.
“These First Division prize winners can hit the beach, relax with the family, and still have money left to pay the mortgage or splash out on a new car,” says McLeay.
The winning tickets were purchased at Otaika Lotto and Post in Whangarei and Paihia Four Square in Paihia.
Lotto Powerball jackpotted tonight and will be an estimated $7 million next week.
Strike Four was not struck, and will be an estimated $200,000 next week.
Meanwhile, Jeanette Bevins from Invercargill spun and won $250,000 on the Winning Wheel at the live draw in Wellington this evening.
Tonight’s Winning Wheel ticket was bought at Cambridge Terrace Lotto shop in Wellington. The serial number is 965-54010662-20XX.
“Anyone who bought their ticket from any of the above winning stores should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it immediately at any Lotto outlet."
All Lotto players are automatically in the draw to win the opportunity to spin Lotto’s Winning Wheel, regardless of the type of ticket they buy.
