Christchurch: Police are appealing for witnesses of crash

Police are appealing for witnesses to a crash on Hereford Street, at about 4pm on Sunday 12/12/10.
The crash occurred between a red Ford car and a red Harley Davidson motorcycle.
The motorcycle was behind the car on Colombo Street at the intersection.
When the motorcycle turned east onto Hereford Street the car followed.
The car hit the motorcycle from behind and knocked the rider off.
The car then did a U-turn and stopped before speeding away.
Any witnesses to the incident are asked contact Constable Paul Beaver on 3637451.
