DCC Community Grants Funding Allocated
Dunedin (Wednesday, 24 November 2010) - The Dunedin City Council’s September 2010 Community Grants funding round has been completed. The Community Assistance Sub-Committee, comprising Councillors and community representatives, has allocated funds to 92 groups and organisations, from the community, recreation, youth, arts, environmental, cultural, heritage and events sectors.
These grants enable the Dunedin City Council to recognise the important contribution made by community organisations to the overall health and well-being of the city and its residents.
