Big Wednesday was won on a ticket bought in Manukau last night, winning South Auckland’s latest millionaire a massive
$4.8 million luxury prize package, says Chief Executive Todd McLeay.
The win completes a millionaires’ hat trick for South Auckland over the few weeks, with a massive $28.7 million won by a
happy Papakura pig hunter and $5.4 million won just two weeks later by a Powerball playing truck driver from Manukau.
Last night’s winner won a package worth $4,813,225, made up of $3 million cash, plus an Audi R8, a Porsche Cayenne, a
Visa Platinum card loaded with $250,000, $250,000 towards luxury travel, and $750,000 cash towards a bach.

Mr McLeay’s advice for this week’s Big Wednesday winner is to write their name and address on their ticket as soon as
possible, confirming ownership, and to contact NZ Lotteries in order to determine their next steps.
After being struck last night, Big Wednesday is now getting a big rev up, with two fantastic new cars being added to the
luxury prize line up – the Audi A4 and Aston Martin DB9. The two top model cars replace the Audi R8 and Porsche Cayenne
previously on offer.
““These great new cars were chosen after considerable customer research. Our players’ stated that they wanted the Aston
Martin back- so we have given it to them, just in time to be won for Christmas!” says Mr McLeay.
