Powerball Jackpots To A Massive $20 Million

Powerball Jackpots To A Massive $20 Million

Lotto Powerball has jackpotted tonight, which means a massive $20 million will now be on offer next week. This makes it the second-largest Powerball jackpot ever, if won by a single player, says NZ Lotteries’ Chief Executive Todd McLeay.

“This is the fourteenth consecutive week that Powerball has jackpotted and is the largest Powerball jackpot for the whole year,” says Mr McLeay.

“We know when our jackpot hits $20 million that it gets a lot more people talking about what they would do if they won and then buying tickets, so our retailers will be bracing themselves for a busy week,” he said.

Two lucky winners won Lotto First Division tonight, each taking home a share of $633,927. The winning tickets were sold at Whitcoulls New Lynn in Auckland and Seville Superette in North Shore City.

Strike Four was also not struck and jackpots to $500,000 next week.

Nominated Lower Hutt spinner Faamanu Silafi, playing on behalf of his family member, spun up a prize of $250,000 with Lotto’s Winning Wheel, on the live Lotto draw in Wellington this evening.

Tonight’s Winning Wheel ticket was bought at Buckland’s Beach Superette in Manukau. The serial number is 851-34704645-20xx

All Lotto players are automatically in the draw to win the opportunity to spin Lotto’s Winning Wheel, regardless of the type of ticket they buy. Players can check their ticket at any lottery outlet.
