Built in 1909, Peppers Convent was originally home to the Brigidine order of nuns in Coonamble, located nearly 600km to
the west of the Hunter. The building was moved in pieces to its present location amidst the Pepper Tree Winery Estate,
where it was painstakingly reconstructed by a team of master tradesmen.
Lovingly restored to reflect the building's charming heritage and character, Peppers Convent infuses the ambience of an
indulgent French Baroque hotel with the distinctive character of an Australian country guest house.
Boasting 17 deluxe accommodation rooms, the intimate retreat features a range of first class leisure options such as
tennis, swimming pool and endota spa. Located in Pokolbin, two hours drive from Sydney, Peppers Convent is surrounded by
