Push play this summer in local parks

The Push Play in the Park programme is back for another summer and set to keep hundreds of children active and energised over the school holidays

One of the best things about summer is being outside in any one of Hutt City's great parks and families are encouraged to come down and join our Push Play Activators for two-hours of fun and games each afternoon designed to keep the entire family active during the holidays.

Activities are suitable for all abilities and designed for children aged 5 to 10 years.

Each session will run from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and is designed to encourage the push play message emphasising fun, variety, enjoyment, simplicity and involvement for all.

Picnic’s are encouraged and please wear sunscreen, shoes, a hat and bring a water bottle. Parents and caregivers are required to stay with children throughout the programme. If wet, the event is cancelled
