MAXX out on awesome operatics with Il Divo at Vector Arena

On Friday 2nd October, fans bound to see world renowned operatic quartet Il Divo at Vector Arena can avoid the cost and aggravation of parking and travel with ease on public transport services to and from the concert.

Vector Arena is located around a 10-minute walk from the Britomart Transport Centre and the Downtown Ferry Terminal. A regular timetable will be operating for all buses, trains and ferries travelling to Britomart.

The LINK bus, which stops on Beach Road close to Vector Arena, is a good way to get to the show. Passengers can catch The LINK from various locations around the CBD, Parnell, Newmarket, Karangahape Road and Ponsonby. The cash fare is $1.60 one way.

Fans are advised to allow plenty of time to get to Vector Arena in time for the start of the show.

In addition to all regular bus, train and ferry services, an additional Northern Express bus service will also be in operation to take fans home following the gig. It will depart from Britomart for Albany at 11.45pm, travelling via all Northern Busway stations.

Normal bus, train and ferry fares will apply.

Plan your journey to the concert online using the MAXX journey planner at maxx.co.nz, your source for information on public transport services in Auckland, or call MAXX on (09) 366 6400.
