Public meeting for ASB Community Trust

ASB Community Trust is holding a public meeting in Auckland next month (August) to present its 2009 financial year results and discuss plans for the future.

The meeting is at Orakei Marae, on Kitemoana St, Orakei, on Monday 3 August.

The event begins with a Funding Fair from 1pm-2pm, where ASB Community Trust will be joined by more than a dozen other community funding organisations ready to talk with community group representatives about projects and funding requests. Other funders confirmed for the event include the Lion Foundation, the Perry Foundation, Volunteering Auckland, DIA Lotteries, Vodafone Foundation, IRD, Community Waitakere, and the Funding Information Service.

The public meeting runs from 2pm-3pm, followed by informal discussions with ASB Community Trust staff and Trustees. An interpreter for the deaf and hard of hearing will be available for the meeting.
