The flag of Finland will fly from the Auckland Harbour Bridge on Wednesday 6 December, in recognition of their Independence Day. The flag will be flown from 6:30am until 6:30pm.
Transit considers requests from nations wanting to commemorate their country’s national days and significant occasions. Recently the Thai, Romanian and Scottish flags have all flown on the bridge.
