Busway traffic bulletin: Saturday 10 June to Friday 16 June

Transit New Zealand advises motorists of proposed closures for work on State Highway 1 for the construction of the Northern Busway over the next week (weather permitting).

Saturday 10 until Monday 12 June
ESMONDE RD INTERCHANGE
ESMONDE RD EASTBOUND BETWEEN BARRY'S PT RD AND BURNS AVE - CLOSED - day and night from 6pm Saturday until 5am Monday to allow for a temporary road alignment tie in:
. Motorists to use Northcote Rd off-ramp to access Takapuna and Devonport
. Left-hand turn from Barry's Point Rd into Esmonde Rd will also be closed during these times.

Sunday 11 and Monday 12 June
ESMONDE RD INTERCHANGE
BARRY'S POINT RD SOUTHBOUND BETWEEN FRED THOMAS DR AND ESMONDE RD - CLOSED - overnight from 9pm until 5am the following morning to allow works on traffic islands:
. Motorists to use Northcote Rd on-ramp to access the motorway southbound

Monday 12 June
NORTHCOTE RD INTERCHANGE
NORTHCOTE RD EASTBOUND BETWEEN THE NORTHBOUND RAMPS AND TAHAROTO RD - CLOSED - overnight from 9pm until 5am Tuesday to allow for pavement repair works:
. Motorists to use Tristram Ave on-ramp as an alternative.

Wednesday 14 June
NORTHCOTE RD INTERCHANGE
NORTHCOTE RD WESTBOUND BETWEEN THE SOUTHBOUND RAMPS AND THE NORTHBOUND RAMPS - CLOSED - overnight from 9pm until 5am Thursday to allow for pavement repair works:
. Motorists to use Tristram Avenue on and off-ramps as alternatives.

Monday 12 and Wednesday 14 June
NORTHCOTE RD INTERCHANGE
NORTHCOTE RD SH1 SOUTHBOUND OFF-RAMP - CLOSED - each night from 9pm until 5am the following morning to allow for temporary barrier movements:
. Motorists to use Esmonde Rd or Tristram Ave off-ramp as an alternative.

Thursday 15 June
NORTHCOTE RD INTERCHANGE
NORTHCOTE RD SH1 SOUTHBOUND ON-RAMP - CLOSED - overnight from 9pm until 5am Friday to allow for work on fibre-optic cables:
. Motorists to use Tristram or Esmonde Rd on-ramps as alternatives

Tuesday 13 June
TRISTRAM AVE INTERCHANGE
TRISTRAM AVE SH1 SOUTHBOUND OFF-RAMP - CLOSED - overnight from 9pm until 5am Wednesday to allow for construction of a temporary ramp:
. Motorists to use Northcote Rd off-ramp as alternative

Tuesday 13 June
TRISTRAM AVE INTERCHANGE
TRISTRAM AVE SH1 SOUTHBOUND ON-RAMP - CLOSED - overnight from 9pm until 5am Wednesday to allow for construction of a temporary ramp:
. Motorists to use Northcote Rd or Esmonde Rd on-ramps as alternatives.

Road users are requested to follow the signposted detours while the closures are in operation.
