Go By Bike And Get A Free Breakfast

Hutt City is great place for cycling and commuters are encouraged to get on their bikes to enjoy a delicious free breakfast on Wednesday 1 March as part of national Go By Bike Day.

Cyclists are encouraged to come down to Riddiford Gardens, corner of Queens Drive and Laings Road, Lower Hutt from 7:15am to 9:00am for a free nutritious breakfast including a selection of cereals, bagels, fresh fruit, dried fruit, tea, coffee, bottled water and an energy drink.

There will be stacks of spot prizes to win, including cycle products, t-shirts and drink bottles and Avanti Plus Lower Hutt will be providing free bike checks.
In addition to the breakfast, cyclists will be able to meet and greet some of the stars of the Trust House Women's Tour of New Zealand who are due to race around the Lower Hutt CBD that evening.
