Rodney ARC councillor accepts RAM invite

Brian Smith, ARC councillor for Rodney, has accepted RAM's invitation to a consultation meeting between the ARC and RAM
on 6th April.
Mr Smith's acceptance email is reprinted below.
"Hopefully, Brian Smith's willingness to attend a consultation meeting between the ARC and RAM will be followed by
positive replies from ARC chair Gwen Bull, deputy chair Philip Sherry and other ARC councillors," said Grant Morgan,
