Wellesley Street Bridge open to traffic

Transit New Zealand advises all motorists that the new Wellesley Street Bridge in Grafton Gully is now open to traffic.

Motorists are advised to take extra care driving as they adjust to the changed layout of the area.

These changes are part of ongoing work on the Grafton Gully project, which is scheduled for completion in December.

Transit thanks all motorists for their co-operation.

For more information regarding the changes, please phone 0800 TO FREEFLOW (863 733) or visit the public information centre on the corner of Alten and Stanley St, Grafton.
