South Island west coast and Nelson: Fine apart from cloud to the fiords.
Marlborough and Canterbury: Fine inland. Coastal cloudiness with brief showers south of Banks Peninsula tomorrow.
Otago and Southland: Light showers about the south coast, elsewhere fine.
Chatham Islands: Showers.
