Weather Workshop: All Districts forecast for NZ

Now the All Districts forecast from Weather Workshop:
The Situation: A westerly airstream covers the country. A front in the south Tasman Sea should move onto the lower South Island later today and spread further north after dark.
NORTHLAND, AUCKLAND, WAIKATO, WAITOMO, TAUMARANUI, TARANAKI, TAIHAPE, WANGANUI and MANAWATU: A mix of cloud and fine breaks with a few light showers possible, chiefly near the western coast. West to southwest winds in most places but tending northwest in Wanganui and Manawatu.
COROMANDEL PENINSULA, BAY of PLENTY/ROTORUA and TAUPO: Mainly fine with southwest breezes.
GISBORNE, HAWKES BAY and WAIRARAPA: Mainly fine but high cloud increasing in Wairarapa after dark. Westerly breezes.
WELLINGTON: Mainly fine with northerly winds. Cloud increasing Later with a few drizzle patches developing about the northern suburbs after dark.
NELSON: Fine at first. Cloud increasing later with a few showers developing about the western ranges. Southwest winds.
BULLER, WESTLAND and FIORDLAND: Rain developing about Fiordland then spreading further north from afternoon. Clearing south of the glaciers after dark. Southwest winds.
MARLBOROUGH and CANTERBURY: Fine at first with light winds. Showers and southwesterlies spread into south Canterbury after dark with snow lowering to 700 metres about the alps.
OTAGO and SOUTHLAND: Mainly cloudy with west to northwest winds. Rain developing early afternoon then breaking to showers with cool southwesterlies. Snow lowering to about 600 metres in the ranges.
CHATHAM ISLANDS: A mix of cloud and fine breaks with a few morning showers. Southwest winds.
THE OUTLOOK FOR TOMORROW: Showers to most parts of the North Island but becoming fine in the South Island. At the Chathams, showery with cold southwesterlies.
