Marlborough and Canterbury: Showers about the coast from Banks Peninsula northwards tonight and becoming fine inland.
Mainly fine tomorrow.
West of the South Island: Mainly fine but cloud increasing in Fiordland tomorrow.
Otago and Southland: Fine apart from coastal cloud. Frosty inland tonight. Cloud increasing about the Southland coast
tomorrow afternoon.
Chatham Islands: Periods of rain.
