The Secretary-General met today with H.E. Ms. Jacinda Ardern, Prime Minister of New Zealand.
The Secretary-General and the Prime Minister discussed climate change and preparations for the Climate Summit to be held in New York in 2019. They exchanged views on developments in the Pacific region.
The Secretary-General and the Prime Minister also discussed efforts to implement the Sustainable Development Goals.
