Bombing in South Ossetia
The United States deplores the October 3 bombing in Tskhinvali in the Georgian region of South Ossetia, which killed seven Russian troops and at least four others. We extend our deep condolences to the families of all the victims. We condemn whoever was responsible for this crime, and call on all parties to implement and adhere to all aspects of the cease fire.
