HP and Acer Settle Patent Litigation

PALO ALTO, Calif.- HP (NYSE:HPQ) today announced that it has settled all ongoing patent litigation with Acer.
The confidential settlement agreement resolves all claims asserted in three federal court lawsuits and two United States
International Trade Commission investigations between the parties. As a result of the settlement agreement, each action
will be dismissed as to the parties.
