Buying Mission to Halal Showcase in Malaysia
The Trade Commissioner of Malaysia in Sydney advises that the Malaysian Trade Commission (MATRADE) is organising the incoming buying mission to the The 5th Malaysia International Halal Showcase 2008 (MIHAS 2008). This exhibition will be held in Kuala Lumpur from 7-11 May 2008, and will be launched by the Prime Minister of Malaysia.
MIHAS is the premier event for halal industry players and trade buyers. It serves as the best entry point for halal manufacturers especially from the food and beverage related industry to penetrate the global Muslim market or embark into the ASEAN market.
MATRADE will provide free accommodation for one person per company in Kuala Lumpur, for 5 days and 4 nights from 7-11 May 2008 and airport transfer for each company participating in the Incoming Buying Mission MIHAS 2008. Buyers are advised to arrive in Kuala Lumpur by 6 May 2008.
Interested companies should request a registration form and return it to the Trade Commissioner in Sydney as soon as possible.
Further detailed information on MIHAS is available from www.halal.com.my
