Burma: Bomb-maker Killed Four Hurt
13 January 2008 - Four people were slightly wounded in a bomb blast which killed the suspected bomb-maker last Saturday in Bago Division, north of Rangoon.
The ruling junta has blamed the Karen National Union (KNU), an ethnic group which has been fighting for independence since the British abandoned them after WWII.
In another incident, a small bomb killed a woman on Friday near the railway station serving the remote new capital of Naypyidaw.
