On Saturday, Nov 11 a conference hosted by a group of academics and 9/11 researchers will be held, entitled "Lifting the
Fog: The Scientific Method Applied to the World Trade Center Disaster." Speakers and presenters will include Peter
Phillips, Steven E. Jones, Jim Hoffman, Jenna Orkin, and others during this all-day event.

"Analysis of the World Trade Center Destruction."Description: What can be learned from analysis of the physical features

NOTE: The UC Berkeley tech folks have pointed out that their webcast system is brand new, and only a beta version. We

2. 9/11 Truth Candidates Get Lots of Votes, But No Cigars
The news for most 9/11 Truth Candidates was not great - no clearly-identified 9/11 Truth candidate won office, though
most were third party candidates fighting an uphill battle from the start.
However, one of the most visible and committed 9/11 Truth Candidates polled very well. Bob Bowman, Democratic candidate
for US Congress in Florida's 15th District, tallied more than 90,000 votes and garnered 44% of the total votes cast. All
this, despite being outspent by more than 10-1 by his Republican opponent.
Bowman has been a powerful speaker for 9/11 Truth for several years. We hope this wakes up Democrats around the country
to the power of the 9/11 Truth message. It's a rallying point for millions of voters, and a great way for the party to
build on its new momentum.
3. Congratulations Democrats, Now Do Your Job!
Speaking of the Democrats' election victory, it's more important than ever to keep the pressure on them. A new web site,
www.congratulationsdemocratsnowdoyourjob.com, lists 11 critically important initiatives the democrats should immediately
push for, including a new investigation into the 9/11 attacks.
Another critically important element is the call for immediate repeal of the Military Commissions Act. Find out if your
Congressperson or Senator voted for this appalling legislation at http://www.govtrack.us/congress/vote.xpd?vote=s2006-25
(yes, a number of Dems voted for this heinous bill) and http://www.govtrack.us/congress/vote.xpd?vote=h2006-491. As
specific opportunities to join with others in demanding repeal are identified and coordinated, we will post that
information to 911truth.org.

4. Your Thoughts, Please!
911Truth.org's steering committee needs to hear from you. Given the recent shift in the political scene, what difference
does/might that make in our efforts? What should we be doing? Where should we focus? What coalitions can we be working
toward now? Or should there be any change at all in our efforts... As Janice often notes, 911Truth.org has a few
steering committee members, and about 20,000 of us all together (58,000 on some days)! Your comments, opinions, and
suggestions are critically important. And while we can't respond to every email, every single one is read and
considered. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts. We are the People! We must continue to work, harder than
ever now, from our collectively growing, loud, adamant, and insistent voice!!
5. New Website Launched
911truth.org steering committee member and co-founder of the Colorado 9/11 Visibility Project Michael Wolsey has
launched a new website. It can be found at www.visibility911.com
911courage.org has launched a "Leafletting for Whistleblowers" campaign, based on the call by Daniel Ellsberg (The Truth Telling Project) for whistleblowers to come forward. Leaflets and more details are available at the site, in addition to a November 9th
press release, "911Courage.org Leafletter to Plead Guilty to Trespass Charge--9/11 Activist to Request Maximum
Sentence."
