Holding of U.S.-Australia-Japan Counter-Terrorism Talks
1. U.S.-Australia-Japan Counter-Terrorism Talks will be held on September 21 (Wed) and 22 (Thu) in Washington, D.C., U.S.A.
2. Participants on the Japanese side will be officials concerned headed by Mr. Tadamichi Yamamoto, Ambassador in charge of International Counter-Terrorism, Japan; on the U.S. side, officials concerned headed by Mr. Henry Crumpton, Coordinator for Counterterrorism, U.S.; and on the Australian side, officials concerned headed by Mr. Les Luck, Ambassador for Counter-Terrorism, Australia.
3. At the talks, participants will take up wide-ranging issues on the situation of international terrorism and counter-terrorism measures as a whole.
